LEADERS UNITED is an effective network of individuals committed to making Frederick County a better place to live, work and play. LEADERS UNITED members, who give $1,000 or more annually, recognize the important role in advancing initiatives like Stuff the Bus and Pathways to Financial Stability. LEADERS UNITED+ is an exclusive network of individuals dedicated to amplifying positive change in Frederick County. With annual contributions of $2,500+, LEADERS UNITED+ members take a leadership role in driving impactful initiatives along United Way's Pathways to Financial Stability through gifts of time, talent, and treasure. These generous donors understand the critical importance of fostering life-changing outcomes for local ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families and join United Way in creating a brighter future for the community's most vulnerable members.

The Red Feather Society is a distinguished group of philanthropists committed to transforming lives and strengthening the Frederick County community. Members of this society, who contribute $5,000-$9,999 annually, provide significant support to advance key initiatives such as Ride United Network (RUN), Pathways to Financial Stability, and other programs that empower local ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families. By partnering with United Way, Red Feather Society members play a vital role in driving sustainable solutions that foster resilience, opportunity, and lasting positive change for our community's most vulnerable residents.

The Tocqueville Society at United Way of Frederick County is an opportunity for passionate individuals to become more deeply involved in United Way’s mission.  The Tocqueville Society recognizes local philanthropic leaders and volunteer champions who have devoted time, talent, and annual contributions of $10,000 or more to create long-lasting positive change. The Spires Society, United Way of Frederick County’s planned giving program, is comprised of individuals who demonstrate extraordinary forethought and generosity to ensure the ongoing health and well-being of the Frederick County community. Through outright gifts to the United Way of Frederick County unrestricted endowment, or through deferred gift commitments to United Way of Frederick County and/or its endowment, Spires Society members plant seeds of kindness that will improve lives for generations to come.
