Emerging Leaders United (ELU) is engaging, inspiring, educating and empowering young professionals to create lasting change in Frederick County through volunteerism, advocacy, and philanthropy. The Spires Society, United Way of Frederick County’s planned giving program, is comprised of individuals who demonstrate extraordinary forethought and generosity to ensure the ongoing health and well-being of the Frederick County community.
