United Way of Frederick County, Housing Authority of the City of Frederick, Frederick Community Action Agency, MD CASH Campaign, Interfaith Housing Alliance, Woman to Woman Mentoring, Moore Wealth, Frederick Community College, 2-1-1, Advocates for Homeless Families, and The University of Maryland Extension have partnered to create the Frederick Coalition for Financial Success.  The Coalition focuses on promoting financial literacy and stability offerings throughout Frederick County, hosting a financial literacy kickoff event, maintaining a financial literacy resource webpage and supporting VITA sites through resource development efforts. Meetings happen on the fourth Thursday of each month, from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM at Bernard W. Purpose Statement: The Coalition provides a continuum of resources to help individuals understand, manage and improve their personal financial stability. The Coalition collaborates to coordinate activities and services to fill gaps and enhance existing resources.
