First Time Homebuyer Seminar

FIrst Time Home Buyer Workshop

The FCAA offers Homebuyer Education Classes on a regular basis to assist first-time homebuyers that are working to purchase their own home or to better understand the process of obtaining a mortgage. Families that graduate from the Homebuyer Education Program often benefit from individualized follow-up counseling with an FCAA Housing Counselor. Eligibility criteria: Families and adults in need of housing counseling for first-time homebuyers; contact the Coordinator of Housing and Weatherization Services for a schedule of Homebuyer Education Classes.
