United Way has partnered with Judy Center, Frederick County Public Schools, the YMCA, and Key 103 to promote the program Everybody’s a Role Model. We believe that everyone plays a role in the successful development of today’s youth. It is up to us to play an active role, to capitalize on time we spend with kids, and to turn everyday activities into learning moments.
