Fairchild Controls Supports United Way of Frederick County with Corporate Donation

FREDERICK, MARYLAND—United Way of Frederick County (UWFC) recently received a $26,000 corporate donation from Fairchild Controls, a wholly-owned business unit of EADS North America, to support UWFC's 2007-08 campaign. Combined with employee donations the Fairchild Controls campaign totaled $58,157.
A local, volunteer-managed organization, United Way of Frederick County invests in community impact by supporting programs that assist children and families, provide emergency services, offer health education and serve those with disabilities through its 23 partner agencies.
