We fund the most effective local organizations who get real results.
We tackle tough problems. How? By finding, funding, and partnering with the most effective local organizations who create real opportunities and get results. We call them Community Partners.
At the foundation of our work are the principles of Collective Impact, the idea that large-scale social change can only be achieved when all stakeholders work together, instead of in competition or isolation. That's why we make partnerships in our community and team up with the best of the best to create the biggest possible impact. Our partners are called Community Partners, and they are any group that works with United Way in a coordinated effort to achieve a shared community goal.
Your generosity allows us to invest in our partners’ programs through multi-year, outcome-based Community Impact Grants focused on long-term solutions, as well as quarterly Live United Grants that meet one-time and emerging needs.
